Website Updates
If you're a The Trail Co. regular, you might notice some changes around here...
We've been working hard on some "back-end" website changes to improve your website experience with us, and allow us to continue to deliver you great trail running gear online.
What's Changed?
We've updated the system that drives our website. This means we can speed up your web browsing experience at The Trail Co. and help you to find the trail goods you're looking for more quickly and easily.
We've tried to keep what we loved of the 'old' website and bring it into the new one to (hopefully) keep things familiar.
What's Not Changed?
We're still committed to giving you great service and the best trail running gear. If you have any questions or problems shopping with us online, please contact us for help.
What does is mean for me?
We will need to ask existing customers to create a new password for their online accounts the next time you shop and some of your account information may not be in the new system yet.
(Don't worry all of your previous shopping data is still safely stored with us elsewhere and the website changes will not affect your ability to make exchanges, ask for refunds, or discuss warranty claims.)
The checkout may look a little different, and you may need to add some of your personal and delivery details into the new system during your first order in this new system as we do not store or have access to your private financial information or card details.
Once you've updated these details, shopping with The Trail Co. online should be easier than ever.
Existing Gift Voucher Holders
You will soon be sent an email with your new online Gift Voucher details. You will be issued a new code for your existing voucher, but the remaining value will be the same. These new gift voucher codes will be instantly active on the new website and allow you to use your online voucher with our new system.
