Stinson are fine but your on-line shop needs work

I purchased a pair of Stinsons at the Toohey shop size 11. When I got home I realised they were too small. I returned them and in the interim ordred an 11.5 on line to make sure I got them. I picked them up from Toohey and it wasn't until I'd worn them a few times I realised that they are 11s. Too late to return them but pretty dissapointed given I spent nearly $300 on them.
